It is possible to reserve the B&B A View Of Rome:
- by telephone
- by email indicating your date of arrival and departure, the number of adults and children(specifying the age of the children), the type of room requested and any extra services (should there be any)
- by compiling the form Reservation

The B&B A View of Rome will communicate the availability and price of rooms for guests as quickly as possible.

| If a guest wishes to accepts the offer of the Bed & Breakfast they should provide within Three days (unless agreed otherwise):
- send a deposit equal to the first night of stay. Deposit not refundable if paid with credit card; the deposit is refundable if it is paid through paypal by following the cancellation procedures described below.
- or send credit card details to guarantee with relevant authorization a debit in the case of "no show"
Should the payment of the deposit not occur within the advisable limits Room reservation will automatically be cancelled.

The Bed and Breakfast will immediately confirm by means of e-mail or telephone the arrival of the down payment of the deposit to the customer as soon as it is received.

| PAYOFF |
|
The payment of the balance of the stay is expected and OBLIGATORY on arrival (check-in) in the B&B.
For night arrivals (10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) there is a 20,00€ surcharge.

| PENALTY |
|
The cancelation of any confirmed reservations must only be communicated in writing via email or fax.
In case of cancelation the following penalty exist. Cancelation can be made only in the case of payments made through paypal, deposits paid by credit card will not be refunded.
- Up until 15 days before the confirmed arrival date, no penalty
- From 14 to 4 days before the confirmed arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the total of the deposit of the reservation.
- Within 3 days before the confirmed arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the total of the deposit of the reservation.
