- The prices can vary of 20% in the periods of high season or for special events. Prices will be quoted and then confirmed by email .

- The prices are inclusive of taxes, and include continental breakfast use of the business center with internet. (Linen will be change every 2/3 days for superior stays to 3 nights).

- To guarantee the reservation at the B&B A View of Rome a payment of a deposit equivalent to the first night of stay is requested. Remaining payment will be settled on arrival.

Check in
|
The rooms are available from 12:00 midday, it is possible nevertheless to also arrive at other times. In which case we kindly request guests to communicate their arrival time so that we may be able to have the rooms available before hand.
IMPORTANT! Please provide your arrival time when you receive the confirmation schedule. For night arrivals (10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) there is a 20,00€ surcharge. If there is a change in arrival time, please contact us as soon as possible.

The rooms should be vacated by 11:00am, should guests require a later check-out we will do our best to accommodate the utilization of the room for our guests convenience, however this is not always possible. There is available to our guests a left-luggage storage room which can be utilized after guests have checked out of their roomnza. |
